Individual Psychological Consultation
An individual consultation is a safe space where you can work with a professional to address your blocks, anxieties, and self-awareness issues. You don’t need to come "ready" – just bring yourself as you are. You set the pace of the process, and we accompany you through it.


Coaching
Coaching is a supportive and inspiring process that works with the present and aims for the future. It can be useful for workplace or personal life challenges, time management issues, motivation, and seeking direction. Coaching is a rich method full of creative tools – many experiential exercises will help you on your journey if you choose this path.
Art Therapy
In art therapy workshops, we use painting, collage, clay work, or literary texts to initiate a dialogue with emotions that are difficult to reach verbally or that we may struggle to express, in a group setting. No prior artistic training is needed to participate in these sessions.


Music Therapy
The healing effect of music on the soul has been known since prehistory. Music therapy as a science has existed since the 1950s. Since then, we have known that its mood-regulating effect can be a powerful tool in treating anxiety, depression, and more severe conditions, consciously supporting mental health and well-being.
Theater Group
Theater is play, experimentation, trying on roles – in a safe environment. The essence of Alef KK workshops is the flow experience and liberation, which also enhances your self-awareness. We will also hold a theater presentation of the performance at the end.


Psychodrama
Psychodrama is a group-based, action-oriented, experiential method in which participants work through their inner conflicts, relationship issues, or life situations using dramatic tools. The method is dynamic, creative, and builds on creative energies, using them in the process.
Creative Skill Development Workshops
These sessions focus on creativity, self-expression, and the joy of making things with your hands. Whether it’s painting, felting, writing, or a session with a personal theme, the goal is to connect with yourself and discover new skills along the way.


Yoga
Through yoga, you can not only get closer to your body but also to your breath and emotional state. The Safespace yoga classes are gentle, body-positive, and adapted to individual needs. Here, flexibility doesn’t matter – what counts is paying attention to yourself.
Self-awareness Tattoo Session
If a personal story or self-awareness theme has led you to get a tattoo, you can participate in a tattoo session combined with art therapy. Here, with Dalma’s help, you can immerse yourself in the experience and create your own personal design, which Norbi will help turn into a tattoo.
