SafeSpace Műhely (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) is committed to protecting the personal data of its partners and clients and pays special attention to complying with applicable data protection laws, particularly the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.

The purpose of data processing in relation to the services of SafeSpace Műhely is: contact initiation and communication, handling of requests for quotations, preparation and performance of contracts, conducting client and partner communication, fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g., invoicing).

Personal data that may be provided when contacting us through the website, by e-mail, or by phone include: name, e-mail address, phone number, company name (if relevant), the content of the message, as well as other data necessary for handling the inquiry.

The legal basis for data processing is: the voluntary consent of the data subject, and data processing necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract based on Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR.

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties unless: it is necessary for the provision of the service (e.g., accounting, courier services), or it is required by law. Personal data are processed exclusively by authorized employees of the Data Controller.

The Data Controller processes data provided in connection with requests for quotations or contact inquiries until the inquiry is closed, but for a maximum of 12 months. After this period, the data will be deleted if no contract is concluded and there is no legal obligation to retain them further.

The data subject has the right to: request information about the processing of their personal data, request the correction or deletion of their data, request the restriction of data processing, object to data processing, withdraw their consent at any time. The Data Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the secure processing of personal data and takes all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, modification, loss, or misuse.

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Any modifications shall enter into force on the date they are published on the website.
